ZBrush to Substance Painter HELP

I have a sculpt in ZBrush I went through and did retopology and UVs to for multiple subtools, I export using the FBX exporter. When I import into Substance Painter, all of my subtools are named “material01, material02, etc.” Is there any reason why this is happening? What steps could I be missing in my workflow? Any info is greatly appreciated!

It’s a known issue. There’s no solution to this yet according to many people.
