Everything is installed correctly yet it doesn’t seem to work. In the trouble shooting guide one of the options is to associate the .JSX file with photoshop, I have no such file listed on my machine.
Are you using Photoshop CC? I don’t think it works with earlier versions.
Yes, from 2015.
When you press the Send To PhotoShop button the plugin will create a JSX file in the ZBrush 2018\ZStartup\ZPlugs64<b>ZBrushToPhotoshopData_2018\Passes folder. Right+click on this file in Windows Explorer then choose Open With and Choose Default Program. Make sure you select PhotoShop CC and then try the plugin again.

I had the same sort of problem but when I clicked send to photoshop ZBrush would try to send to Adobe Audition instead… the solution given above fixed this also. 
HI - It did not for me (6 years later), Nothing works! I right click my ZBrush 2025\ZStartup\ZPlugs64ZBrushToPhotoshopData\Passes and it takes me to 2025 Photoshop with a little title, ZBRush to PhotoshopCC. But will it sesnd me my .jsx file? NO! My Beastie Photoshop keeps saying it does not recognize the file ZBrush send it. I assigned the .jsx in Windows Default, yet that did nothing. Some how I am failing to get the right combo, Nothing is quarantined by Windows Defender; uninstalled all the old Maxon, ZBrush and Photoshop; restart, reinstall Maxon, ZBrush via Maxon, and finally the new ZBrush. It HAS to be something simple as NO where can I find any other solutions.
