zbrush to keyshot bridge registration and activation problems

Hi have been having huge issues just getting keyshot installed and now what ever i try to get the license activated, it just wont work. See attached errormessage

Have tried to activate it offline and it seemed to work ie

I got the above message, but when went back to my work machine i got the attached errormessageOffLineReg
