ZBrush to 3DS Max/normal map

Hello

I have used ZBrush for some time now,but today i started learning about exportation of normal maps from ZBrush to 3DS Max.I used Zmapper to make normal maps.When i get the normal map on the low poly model in 3DS Max,one half of the model is dark(no matter how many lights i add).
If anyone has an answer,please post:)

pictures of maps, UVs and the result would help.
