There is lots of print houses that do t-shirt printing.

Far as Tshirts…I have used zbrush to make some Tshirts one year…ie with transfer sheets and my old printer…came out wonderful…and they made great presents too…
Might be a fun challenge for everyone to come up with Zbrush persay, teeshirt designs.
