Zbrush support staff not responding

Hello,
It says here to contact zbrush support for questions on the product but they dont respond.

i texted the support team a week ago since i wanted to sell my license and the buyer already paid and now support team doesnt text me back for the license transfer.

Kinda sucks that their is no number you can call no live support and the usual support just ghosts you after some days.

What can i do to contact Zbrush right now? You cant tell me its normal i ahve to wait 5 days for a response .
I also just chekced problems i heard years ago where i asked the support something and i would only get a responce once and then never again.

First, check Not Receiving Emails from Pixologic for reasons and possible solutions. If that doesn’t solve your problem, then contact support again via the following link… ZBrush Support

I diddnt got a response in the help senter itself either so it doesnt have to do something with me not getting emails. There is straight up no response.
