Zbrush Rendering Techniques For Production /Model Sheets or Turnarounds

Hey I was wondering I am trying to make some decent looking renders in zbrush and I cant seem to match the quality I can get with like mental ray .Like I want to do model sheets of a hi res sculpts and if I import to my 3d app and use mental ray the render takes to long .I usualy try to render the normal mapped character and I was wondering if anyone had any good links to setting up some good production style renders in zbrush .Similar to some of the images below .

Read up on rendering out mulitple passes in Zbrush and than comp it all together in Photoshop.

Does anyone know what material that is in the first image .Cause I cant find it in the library .If someone could link me I would really appreciate it allot .
