I have a big problem! … I have already installed 4 times zbrush I always received the same signal! … I changed workstations with a new one with windows 10 workstation.
On the Pixologic site I have an empty license and I can no longer insert it on this workstation, hp also tried to start the Pixologic Deactivation Manager … but without result!
How can I do??

If the Knowledgebase article doesn’t help you’ll need to submit a Support ticket with clear information regarding the steps that you followed and any errors you received. For example, you said that you tried to start the Deactivation Manager but what exactly do you mean by “without result?”

I tried to use (Pixologic Deactivation Manager) but it gives me an error !! I think the problem is related to machine ID because I installed zbrush first and then switched to windows pro workstation !!
but now I can’t use zbrush anymore !!
First, as I said in my previous reply if the Knowledgebase article doesn’t help you, you need to submit a support ticket. This is a licensing issue. A public forum is not going to be able to help you very well.
Second, you continue to be completely vague in your replies. Saying that “it gives me an error” doesn’t help anyone very much. In order to get accurate help you need to say exactly what the error says. Otherwise, people trying to help you are just going to have to guess.
