Please help, i dont know what did I pressed.
My real model is on the right side, how can I remove the one on the left.

It looks like you accidentally snapshot your model to the canvas. All you need to do is hit Ctrl+N on the keyboard and that will clear the background, leaving your model.
(The hotkey for snapshot is Shift+S, which can be easy to hit by mistake instead of Ctrl+S for saving.)
