Hello,

I’m having an issue with Zbrush 4.7, sometimes it just randomly freezes not just the Application but the entire PC and only reboot is helping, i’m attaching windows log, please help.

My PC:
Intel i7-6700K
GTX 1070 8 GB
16 GB of Ram 2400Mhz
SSD: Samsung Evo 850 500 GB

OS:
Windows 10 x 64 Pro

That exception code is usually the cause of an antivirus program conflicting with executable files. See if you can make an exclusion for “ZBrush64.exe” in your antivirus. Also see if your antivirus is up to date.

Thank you for fast reply, i’ve added whole directory in the AV exclusion , but it still sometimes crashes whole pc…
