Zbrush One Sided Sculpting

Hi - I am new to ZBrush, and I am having trouble when I create a thin item like clothing. When I go to sculpt on the clothing, the sculpting goes through to the other side. In other words, when I am pulling material out, it pushes in on the other side, creating some weird meshes. I know that I can polygroup the sides of the mesh, and mask one side so the sculpting doesn’t go through, but I thought there was a setting that I could adjust that would fix this problem. I have searched for a while. So now I am asking for help. Please! :smiley:
