Hey guys, so I downloaded the trial for Zbrush 4, and i registered and everything and installed, and when I opened it, it said that it was going to open up my web browser to activate… but my browser never opened. ive tried reinstalling multiple times, rebooting, etc. but it never opens my browser to activate… and im unable to use zbrush because of this… any help?
Try starting your browser and leaving it open before you start ZBrush. After you click Web Activation and agree, wait a minute and then switch to your browser window. In most cases where something blocks ZBrush from launching the browser it is still able to send data to an already open window.
If that still doesn’t work, try email activation. If you use webmail rather than an email client, you’ll instead need to submit a Support ticket. In that ticket, include your serial number and the request code that you get from starting a Phone Activation.
After submitting the ticket, reply to this thread with your ticket ID number. I’ll pull the ticket and process the activation request for you.
