we are developing a iPad and iPhone app (called MeshPad) for high quality intuitive presentation of very complex 3D models.
Thinks of how cool would be showing your gorgeous zBrush models simply by handing your iPad to an interested employer…
We are searching for high quality, very complex models to be used as demo models to show the capability of the system. Each chosen model will be show on the app page clearly and properly credited (author name, copyrights, links, etc) and used only to demoing the app capabilities. If you are interested, please send me a private msg with a link to a page showing your models.
Current version of the system (still FREE, you can download and try right now) can already:
- Read models from a variety of standard 3D formats (OBJ, PLY, STL, OFF)
- Open model directly from web pages, email attachments, DropBox or through classical iTune file space area
- Navigate the model in a very intuitive way. Look at the videos
- Efficiently show complex models upto 2,000,000 of triangular faces on a iPad (and it will increase!).
