Hey everyone. Quick problem looking to get solved. I’m in the middle of a Zbrush project and suddenly none of my material previews are showing in lightbox or in the Toolbar. They show on the sculpt fine, the tooltip shows a preview of the material on the sculpt in lightbox, but they don’t show on the orbs.
The problem fixes itself when I start a new project so I’m not sure if I hit something accidentally.

Have you turned off your light accidentally?
You have put a ton of items into your ZStartup folders, haven’t you?
The purpose of those folders is to load the things you REGULARLY use. They are not meant for everything you MIGHT need at some point. When you put too many items into a folder, the associated palette reaches a count that it was never designed for and all sorts of unexpected behavior can happen.
This may not be the cause of the specific issue you’re encountering but it certainly may be.
Each ZStartup subfolder should have no more than 25 items. Anything else should go in the appropriate ZFolder – the various folders within your main ZBrush folder such as ZMaterials. Those items will then be available in LightBox, ready to be quickly loaded when you need them.

Ah I had my light off. Didn’t even realize it.
And thanks for the heads up on the start folder. I had no idea, I’ll look into organizing it a bit better then.
