ZBrush & Marvelous Designer. Import/Export Scale issue.

Hi all,
I am working on character pipeline dev. using Zbrush/Marvelous Designer, and CC3.
I am using ‘GoZ’ for all of my imports and exports between programs.
In a nutshell, I am creating my base avatars in CC3, sculpting them out in Zbrush (retaining the same polycount), and exporting/replacing the modified Zbrush avatar back into CC3.
When I export the Zbrush avatar back to CC3, I am also exporting it out to Marvelous Designer for ‘cloth’ creation.

What I am having trouble with > Marvelous Designer’s desired ‘World Scale’:

  • the source ‘World Scale’ that CC3 determines, and Zbrush adheres to, Marvelous Designer does not

2 Questions:

  • Is there a way to import a Zbrush avatar into Marvelous Designer and keep the same ‘World Scale’?
  • Once clothes for the avatar are created in Marvelous Designer, is there a way to bring them back into Zbrush with precision
(ie. the clothes just fit without manually scaling the subtool)?
  • I do have a proof of concept. All works great, except it involves manually scaling the the clothes from MD in ZBrush.
** CC3’s only relevancy in this post is that it determines the world scale @ source, and must be retained throughout the pipeline.

Bottom line. how can I get Marvelous Designer to accept ZBrush’s scale (and still sim correctly), and then export newly created clothes back into Zbrush, fitting the source avatar mesh all clean and tidy as they should without ‘eyeing’ it up?

Thx, any insight welcome!
