For anyone interested, I’m waiting for official confirmation but it looks like Pixologic rules state that you need to be located in Europe (as I am) for the transfer to be allowed.
I did email them a couple of days ago asking about the transfer process and was not made aware of this.
Confirmation received from Pixologic.
As I am an EU resident I can transfer my licence to anyone, so if anyone is interested please let me know.
