Fantastic stuff,

Cheers

Great, I’ve been suggesting this to people for a very long time now. Nice to see someone else using it.

cool!
sry for being pain, but will that nasty bug one can see in the 2. pic (vertical pixel distortion on the left side) for occluded ambient go away in ZB 2.5?

Uh, Erklaerbar, can you clarify that? There is a bug in the image? Get a newspaper! We’ll get it!

Ryan

Thank you ryan, gonna check this out right now.

Awesome, It’s good to see ZB being used for Matte…

Ryan you are spoiling us…:+1:

Hey Ryan, Im not sure if you guys know about that every time you do an occluded ambient render, this distortion will occur (such as visible in the second image, that greenish vertical line on the left). Quite a pain, because it makes ambient occlusion passes almost useless. But sry for posting here, ill put it in troubleshooting:

Erklaerbar - That green line is in the Maya viewport. It is most likely representing the camera’s area of view.

Ryan

oh ok, thought it was Zbrush in Action  Cool article anyway!
