Zbrush High Definition Mesh does not reflect 'regular' mesh

My High Definition Mesh and ‘Regular’ SubDiv mesh do not match in terms of detail.

There is a raised line present (I believe it was originally an artifact from a projection) that exists at sub div 6 (and below).
However this area has been smoothed in High Def, it is not present in high def subdiv 1 which should be the same as regular subdiv 6.

Smoothing it out at subDiv 6 will cause it to be an indent in the High Definition mesh, as opposed to smooth in high def which causes a peaked line in subDiv 6.

This would not be a big deal, but the line is visible when baking normals from Zbrush with multimap exporter. It does occur on a UV shell seam.
