I don’t know why when I open a model that I was working on lately, zbrush freezes without being able to do anything, what can I do to solve this error, is it something of my pc or the software?

For any real answers you would need to contact Support. We aren’t able to provide technical support over the public forums.
If the issue is only happening when you try to open a specific file, this points to an issue with the file itself, or possibly with the location it is stored at. The file could contain some sort of problematic or corrupted geometry, or something could be preventing the file from fully loading. If it happens with any file you try to open from any location, this could indicate an issue with your installation, or something in your OS environment like a security feature that is interfering with it.
