Hi everybody
I’m using ZBrush 2018, and it runs smoothly … until the pointer just freezes. Keyboard shortcuts don’t work, nothing. Have to force shutdown.
When it happens, it happens within the first few minutes, maybe ten tops. So far it’s worked fine only twice.
The pc is brand new, and I haven’t had any other problems.
Windows 10
Processor AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
Memory 16 GB DDR4-3000
Video Card AMD Radeon RX 580 - 4GB
Plenty of dedicated scratch space.
I’ve updated graphics drivers, checked for registry errors, I’m out of ideas.
Anybody got any possibly helpful tips?
