Zbrush for manufacturing

Hi,
I just wanted to share my university honours project which shows how Zbrush can be used for design and manufacturing.
The surface quality exported from Zbrush to CNC machinest was very good quality, with little to no smoothing required.

so, the 1st image - 3D model.
2nd image - foam which was milled with CNC
3rd image - a plate which was vacuum formed from the 2nd foam?
