Zbrush is freezing when I try to use an image plane. Sometimes the image will load but I can’t remove it. My software has been crashing for a few days in different scenarios. I am using zbrush 2019 and my computer is a very high spec Alienware laptop configured for cad (I use Rhino professionally).
Any thoughts or suggestions as to why this is happening or solutions will be much appreciated.

If ZBrush has been crashing frequently then it suggests you have a corrupt installation. Sometimes the download and installation can be corrupted by anti virus software which is why we advise to turn these off during downloading and until after installation (Windows Defender is the main culprit in this regard). You might like to try doing a clean install - you can download ZBrush again through the My Licenses page.
