ZBrush crashes when I save

Hi.I just installed ZBrush 2020. I’m having an issue when I try to save a project I was working using the 2019 version of ZBrush. I got those weird messages when trying to save this project, and then it crashes. I tried uninstalling and going back to the 2019 version but now I also get this message when trying to save. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple of times giving me the same results (also uninstallign and deleting everything related to pixologic in the AppData folder and C: program files) I also realized that I could start new projects, edit them and save in both versions of ZBrush and it worked just fine, only my project did not save. What to do?

Looks like it’s crashing while saving the undo history. You can go to “Preferences > Undo History” and disable the “Enable Saving” button first. You can also try saving the Tool (Tool > Save As) instead. Beyond that, crashes should be reported to Support by submitting a ticket.
