Zbrush crash Ztool loading (but only on my home workstation)

I’m having an issue where I can’t load my Ztool files. When I try and load a Ztool that I worked on at university Zbrush on my home workstation will either crash with no notification or crash and tell me there was an abnormal termination.
Yet I can load the ztool at university with no issues. My PC is just as powerful as the ones we have at university and I’ve attempted cleaning up the file and such but to no avail.

The only way I’ve managed to load my work is by exporting a fbx file at uni and then importing it at home but then I lose all my subtool subdivisions

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m stuck on projects until I can fix this

have u tried exporting at lower subdivisions and then trying to import at home ?

or maybe delete lower subdivisions (leave just highest) and then import at home ?

and maybe a little old workaround…something like importing this in keyshot ? saving file and trying to open it at home ?
