Hi,
I have a high poly humanoid model, and eventually I want to take him into Maya for rigging and making animations, and then putting into Unreal Engine to produce a short film. My problem is: I’m unsure of how’s best to do the clothing to get the most detail. Would it be best to UV map them separately and create their own separate diffuse, normal, displacement maps etc. But then how would I put that together in Maya as one model for animating? I’m a bit of a noob!
