Just a note on how the ZBC community rocks compared to others!

I have been talking with Santis about trying to get a z-tool of a particular model that he once created. Not only did he offer the hi detail version to me for free, but he tried desperately to email it to me over the course of these past few days. Unfortunately, due to certain firewall issues and other difficulties it didn’t work out.

I have also been talking with danko75, about a model of his that I’d like to get too. He also extended the same level of courtesy and generosity to me as Santis did. Unreal Folks!! I do not know these guys and have never spoken to them before, and yet generosity and courtesy has just poured out from both of them.

This is what the world should be all about. It just goes to show that there are still good people in the world, and they all use ZBRUSH!! :wink:

the Z forums started out as a bunch of guys just showing their Zbrush doodles and there was a lot of helping each other. Almost every thread had tips/questions.

Now ofcourse the forum has boomed, since Zbrush has as well. And now a lot of professionals started posting also and it feels a bit less like a community like it used to, but a bit of the old mentality still lingers on the forums, which is nice.

Well, I’m just a “nobody” since I have no time to devote to learning Zbrush. Ha Ha. I hate not knowing what I’m doing. I have a general idea of about 5% of it, and I know what I want to see, but just don’t seem to have the knack for it. Must be nice to be one of the pros though!

Well, for now it’s still a pleasant place to be in cyberspace, even though I am surrounded by giants.

You’re right. If I knew you I’d say…Very Funny. But since I don’t I said…Very Scary. You never know what someone can do with the littlest amount of information these days.

And yes, how much is the Brooklyn Bridge going for these days? I heard it was on Ebay. lol
