Zbrush and Mental Ray, Displacement Map question (Moved to Q&T Forum)

So, I’ve modeled a figure in zb2, imported into maya with the displacement map, but what do I do from there? I’m not that familiar with Maya. I added the displacement map into a Lambert shader like
this tutorial, but I cant seem to find all the options. Can anyone help me?

Hi there,

I am the author of the tutorial, so I can help.

It sounds as though you are having problems finding your displacement node in the shader.

What you need to do is open the Hypershade, so you can see your shading network and double click on the Displacement component.

You should then see an Attribute Editor pop up, and you can fine tune the displacement settings.
