zbrush 4R8 executable is not responding HELP!!!!

Hello,

Every time I try to open up zbrush 4r8 p1, it crashes and shows a white screen and the crash window comes up. If I restart after an install Zbrush opens properly then, after I close it and reopen it. Gives me the same response “ZBrush executable is not responding” What is causingthis to happen?Screenshot_10.png

My pc specs are; MSI gaming ma x270 motherboard, super clocked 1080 evga GPU, Intel® Core™ i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz, 4200 Mhz, System Type x64-based PC
and have 32 GB of Ram

I have tried restarting the computer several times, uninstalling it 2-3 times.

At this point, I don’t know what to do and if there are any suggestions it would be most appreciated

Please check that you do not have any other software running by default. I just had another user earlier today running into the same situation as you and once they turned off all the extra software that was starting up and running by default, one of them allowed ZBrush to start working. "

This worked for me i hope it works for others.
