My computer was recently repaired and the drive wiped. I no longer have the ZBrush 4R2 installer, but I do have my original purchased ZBrush4 download and CD.
I have tried to contact support and the emails keep bouncing back as undeliverable. The Support page comes up as “Untrusted Connection.” Contact page requires some plug-in I don’t have, and should I have to install a plug-in just to find out Contact information? Is there contact information in text form somewhere?
Installed plug-in for contact, goes to the Untrusted Connection support page that doesn’t give any information as to where you get your link after the email one expires. The support email listed is the one that bounces back emails as “undeliverable.”
Who do I contact about 4R2? Do I not have an account page where I can download my purchased products without trying to track down a working valid support method?
I have all my purchase/license information, just no where to send it. Extremely annoying.
