ZBrush 4.0 Activation and Registration Troubleshooting

Hmmm. still no email. Same wait as last year, Looking forward to using the software but its a little wrenching when we see that some people have been able to start using the software already yet some havent even had the email sent out. I seem to remeber last time i had to in the end contact pixo’ to request mine, lets hope that that does not happen this time.

Patience…

I’m hanging in the same loop. They told me to wait for a new email with a new link within a few hours.

Don’t worry, I do have mine, but still can’t use it because the activation fails… “There was an error emailing your activation key.” is the message during the activation… :frowning:

same problem but i got this response from cleverbridge :

“We do apologize, but Pixologic is having a complicated issue and is still working on resolving it.
They will email you once the activation can be complete.
Sincerely,…”

a new serial number from pixologic?

I’m in the same boat. Have been since the 9th. Got the software, but I can’t get in to use it. Nuts! :cry:

Im gonna still be up for a few more hours but hopefully i will wake up in the morning with an email from Pixologic. :slight_smile:

It happened to me too, but i tried again and it worked and gave me the code! <img src=“http://www.zbrushcentral.com/pixo/atn.gif”>

You’re ahead of the game wrt me. I can’t even get the software.

I’ve been checking my email every five minutes. This isn’t healthy.

Not sure if this one is just me, got my email this morning ive installed everything and gone to configure the interface but it appears the custom ui ctrl drag function doesnt work anymore (detailed here http://www.pixologic.com/docs/index.php/Custom_UI)

Not a big issue but seems the new brushes dont have correct ctrl click tooltip information.

Can anyone offer any advice?

I can't request an activation code without a serial number- which I think was supposed to be at the bottom of the download page, but is showing up as an error message. Can I still request an activation without a serial number? Will the serial number be in this mysterious email I am supposed to get?

Go there and go go go haha I have my registration number now, please do the same.
Its simple: reorder the upgrade but read how first.

Cleverbridge are not so clever.

Now post a solution for not getting an initial upgrade email :smiley:

Can someone please help me here with a question in regards to upgrading?

I purchased Zbrush 3.5 for PC about 6 months ago. Will I get an email from Pixologic with a link for downloading the upgrade or do I have to sign some form requesting the upgrade?
