Zbrush 3D or draw?

Hello, I have a very basic question, I’m starting, I saw that there were “2” ways to start a Zbrush project; either I draw in a frame, there I have brushes and follow the movement of the mouse. otherwise the other is to have the whole screen and to place for example in the middle a sphere and to be able to transform it with brushes acting on the mesh. I wonder if it is possible to mix the 2? create a sphere in the middle of the drawing frame? or draw next to a 3D sphere? I hope I was clear, if you have a link to a video that explains these 2 ways of working on Zbrush? Thank you in advance for your advice!!

Yes, you can create objects/tools and subtools that can be moved in relation to each other in their own 3D space.

Way back in the earliest versions of ZBrush it was sort of a 2D painting program, but with depth to what was being painted. And thoes toold still exist. But most users now use it for sculpting 3D objects/models.
