Zbrush 2024.01 "Import Mats as Polygroups" doesn't work

Hello!
Maybe someone already faced this issue and know how to fix. I update my Zbrush from 2022 to 2024.0.1 and looks like in 24 version function - “Import Mats as Polygroups” in “FBX ExportImport” menu is broken… It’s import all mats as one PG.
Export function works fine (at least Rizom see mats from PG)

Same settings in 22 version works as they should. So does anyone know how to fix it in 24 version?

P.S: Already tried:

  1. Import FBX from “Tool” menu - One PG :frowning:
  2. Enable “Import Mats as Groups” in Preferences - One PG :frowning:

Hello, I ran into this problem as well except I was using .OBJ. The fix for this is to enable material exports in the export options dialog box. For example, when exporting from Max as an .OBJ a dialog box appears. Under the section titled “Material” I needed to enable “Export Materials” and then the .OBJ properly exported the materials and ZBrush recognized them as polygroups. In ZBrush, I had the options checked in Preferences just as you did.
