Zbrush 2021 crashes when load custom interfaces

Hello

The new 2021 release crashes almost any times when load custom interfaces . Mostly in scripts that use command load ui . I tested on MAC and WIN machines and the result is the same …
I have made plugin for zbrush called Zbuilder . THe script has different options and load different UI . Before 2021 all worked fine but now almost any time it crash when load two or three custom UI in the script line …

I had problems with saving custom ui. Restart pc helped me. Maybe your case is the same.

I notice that if the scene is to heavy zbrush crash when i load UI .

It’s generally discouraged to port UIs developed in an obsolete program version forward. Sometimes it works, other times elements change between releases that might cause display or stability issues with the UI. Sometimes files just get corrupted.

I am using an older custom UI without issue in zb2021, so it’s not just an inability to use custom UIs, but rather something specific about your UI or plugin. I’m always prepared to discard the UI at the first sign of issues, and rebuild it in the current version. Ive had to do this several times over the years.

I would discard your UI that is causing the crash, and reconstruct it in zb2021. If you still experience crashes after all custom material is gone, contact Pixologic Support.

i’ve rebuild the whole interface in the new 2021 version and the result is the same it crashes again. Also I’ve tested it in another machine when you menially click the load button zbrush crashes instantly …
