Sorry you’re having some trouble!
First thing to check–your system meets or exceeds the minimum required system specs for the program? Exceeding the recommended specs would be much better.
If so, please head over to the Pixologic Support site and start a conversation there. It might save some time if you first dropped by this page and followed the directions there to create a Diagnostic Report for your system, and then submit that along with your request. Someone will probably ask you for this.
The other users in the community forums will probably not be able to assist you with system-specific technical issues.
