ZBrush 2020 noticeably laggy with tablet

I’m on an iMac using a Wacom tablet. Version 2020 is slow to import models and laggy with the sculpting and cursor movement. My settings are the same from 2019, which worked fine.

I can’t use it in this condition and will go back to 2019 if this can’t be fixed within ZBrush. Any ideas?
