In 2020 when I setup the same UI, I see big empty area:
In default IU 2020 when open bottom bar (pull up the arrow) there is a strange symbols and also wide black stripe:
How to solve this problem?

I think this is generally why it isn’t recommended to port forward custom interfaces from obsolete versions of the program. Things change in between program versions. Sometimes it’s fine, other times it can cause weird issues. I recommend deleting your custom UI, and re-creating it from scratch in 2020 to see if that solves your issues.
Remember that you must store the config (Preferences > Config) after making changes to the preferences in order for that change to be remembered at startup.
The thing at the bottom of your screen is the ZScript Window. It is accessed by clicking at the arrows on the bottom of the screen, or with the “H” key by default.
If deleting your custom and creating it fresh doesn’t solve your issues, you can try deleting your master config file, to see if that fixes anything. You would have to re-set all your preferences. ALWAYS make copies of program files before messing with them!
If none of this is helpful, I’d recommend making a Support ticket. They will be more useful for helping to troubleshoot problems with a specific installation.
