I`ve updated keyshot to keyshot for zbrush 9 pro yesterday.
sometimes it will send the scene to keyshot but most of the time it will say that it cant connect to keyshot even at times where it opens keyshot after pressing the render button in zbrush itself it just doesnt connect.
a friend of mine seems to have the same issue so i think its a bug between the newer keyshot version and zbrush

I can confirm stability issues with my version of Keyshot 9 Pro for Zbrush. In my case, the program simply crashes every time it tries to open. The bridge has not yet been involved. I’d suspect an issue with Keyshot 9, rather than the Bridge.
Keyshot 9 for Zbrush is supported by Luxion. Any issues with its operation or feature set should be directed there.
I can’t test your issue until I get my own sorted out, but if you feel strongly it’s an issue with the bridge, you will have to create a Support ticket with Pixologic. This is a community forum, not Pixologic Support. However, keep in mind the above point.
Had the same issue since updating yesterday. Mine will send over once (sometimes) and then is unable to send a second time OR can’t connect to external renderer at all.
Reached out to Pixologic but they only could point towards the old Zbrush Bridge page which is a little dated.
But the folks from Luxion seem to be aware of the issue. They told me this morning that the dev team are aware of the problem and are working on a fix that hopefully won’t take too long.
I’ve got exactly the same problem previously mentioned. Good to know they are working on the fix.

i can send my model to keyshot 9, but cannot refresh, and cannot send other models.
in keyshot 7-8 i used to set up a scene by sending models one by one to keyshot, now I can’t even refresh the first.
I updated to ZBrush 2020 it works flawlessly

I reported the issus found with Keyshot bridge the very day it came out. It was confirmed there are issues with Keyshot bridge and are working on it. For clarification my issues where as follows.
1: Cannot connect make bridge connection between Zbrush and Keyshot 9.
2: It will at times send the model over, but will not continue to communicate thereafter.
3: During failed attempts, it will freeze Zbrush unless using the option to recover Zbrush.

Would just like to re-clarify for the people positing here–this is not Pixologic or Luxion support. Any information posted here is likely wasted.
Keyshot 9 for Zbrush is supported entirely by Luxion. Any issues with its operation should be directed there.
The Keyshot Bridge is supported by Pixologic. Please direct any repeatable issues you think have to do with the Bridge to Pixologic Support via Support ticket.
Posting issues in this thread will not help you, and will probably not contribute to any actual technical issue being solved!
