Mornings ZBrushers,
having an issue trying to open the 64-bit version of r7.
I loaded all my brushes into the brush preset subfolder under the Zstart up folder… Now 64-bit version will not open 32-bit opens as normal with a slight hang just to load all the brushes.
Any ideas as to why the 64 will not open it opens fine as long as there’s no brush presets

What operating system?
How many brushes did you put in the Brush startup folder?
Did you try removing them and starting it back up?
I was having issues after the install… on OSX 10.9 (would freeze after loading a model/texture and saving) tried updating to OS X 10.10.2 with cataclysmic results ( laptop completely froze). did a factory restore then reloaded mountain lion OSX 10.8 now it works perfectly… In hindsight the only time I had issues with Zbrush 4r6 was when I upgraded to OSX 10.9… The old adage is if it’s not broke don’t fix it and mountain lion 10.8 is a great OS. Just wish it didn’t take me 3 days to resolve this issue

I put A LOT lol in there… Mac handles it fine but PC doesn’t like it… not sure why… any ideas?
