ZB_2022 left right trays will not open/close

Hello my old friends.
windows 10 pro ZBrush 2022.0.8
and left and right trays will not respond to a double click to open or close the left/right trays.
initialised ZBrush? yes.
restarted ZBrush? yes.
reinstalled ZBrush? uurgggh donr really want to do that but unless somebody knows whats causing this then i guess it will be something to test.
yup… i can set a hot key
yup…. i can put a L/R button on the interface from the macro palett.
Thanks for those suggestions should they arise.

BUT…. How can i make the double click on the open/close icons at the side work as they are intended?
left right tray unresponsive to double clicks just now. help.

The only thing I think it would be is Click Time. Reducing “Click Time” to minimum will do that. In “Preferences > Interface > Click”, the default value for “Click Time” should be 0.25.

Can you imagine the time and trouble to fix such a thing.
YOU did it. i am so so pleased with you. the suggestion was an absolute success. So pleased that ZBrush central is still with us.
