Hello!!! I’m in trouble with Zapplink in Z 2020.1.4: The document go without problem at photoshop, but, when re importing the zapp link folder, zapp link doesn’t work… is it a way to solve that, or to open a 2020 file in the 2019 version, where zapp link work??? thank you for help!!!

You cannot open a zbrush 2020 project file in a previous version of the program.
The following instructions in the ZApplink documentation work for me between ZBrush 2020.1.4 and Photoshop CC:

Draw a model on the canvas and enter edit mode. The model must have uv’s and a texture (a new blank one) [Edit]–no longer true–ZAPPlink will also work with polypaint.

Set Tool: Geometry: SDiv to the highest level.

Position the model to the view you want to paint on.

Press ZAppLink in the Document palette.

Press Enable Colorization if the pop-up appears.

Press Drop Now. You can also choose to enable perspective to work in perspective mode.

In your image editor of choice start painting in Layer 1. When done, save your image and return to ZBrush.

Press Re-enter ZBrush. If confronted with a screen that says OK(Unchanged) and Return To External Editor, press Return To External Editor and make sure your document was saved. Then return to ZBrush.

Press Pickup Now.
Remember that you must SAVE the file in your image editor in order for the changes to transfer back to ZBrush. Make sure your program target path is set correctly.
If this process does not work for you, try it on one of the default tools from Lightbox after restarting the program in an entirely new session. If it works for that tool but not your original tool, there may be an issue with that tool.
