Z-Brush hides left vertical pallette of custom UI upon startup

Often when I start Z-brush, it hides the left pallette of my custom UI.

I have to go to Preferences>Config>Restore Custom UI to bring it back.

What should I do so that Z-Brush always retains the left vertical set of pallette?!

you might just have to press again preferences > config > store config.
