Hi, I have no idea what this little yellow circle is in my zbrush turntable render. could it be the curser or something? It’s very distracting! can anybody suggest what this is and how to get rid out it?

Could you show a screen shot?
I always get the yellow circle as well. But only if I click turntable while using the top shelf.
If you dock the movie palette to one of the sides or simply zoom the document out so it isn’t sitting under the turntable button it won’t show up.

You might also try setting the Movie>Modifiers>Cursor Size slider to 0.
