My name is Juan Rubio and I will be at the Zbrush summit and Andrew’s anatomy class right after that looking for artists of all levels for Yanki.jp. This year I was a lead on 2 games for the Superbowl in SF and have done a lot of VR work for Enterprise (The Westfield, Google, Facebook) and some VR companies (Virtuix, Noitom, Owlchemy Labs). Currently looking for artists that I can work with on a project basis along with some people that I can work with immediately on a new VR IP. We use both Unity and Unreal depending on the client and or project. These people can be remote or in the Austin, TX area. This is paid work of course.
Immediate need for:
Concept artists.
Facial blend shape artists.
Rigging TD (Maya) with facial experience. Faceware experience a plus.
Environment and prop/weapon artists.
Character artists (and if you are local to Austin and do traditional sculpting//mold making that is a plus but not required)
Interns.
PAs for helping with some human 3D scanning session that I will be doing in LA after the summit and some evenings.
Graphic design/logo work.
Also this is a long shot but a Houdini TD that specializes in procedural geometry.
