I have those on a figure I made with Zspheres, I just keep smoothing them down with the smooth tool. It’s a piece I am working on that is still just an adaptive skin preview(I didn’t make a skin yet). My only guess is the come when you think you are working, say, on the hand, but the tool size is big enough to effect other parts of the sculpture. Well, I hope it helps. Let me know how it goes.
