Wrong OS

Received two OSX licenses, not PC license. Cannot open support ticket as Support system is down. Please contact me by PM.

Along similar lines, received my OS X license, but not my PC license. I have one of each. Should these have been sent out at the same time or is it normal to receive them separately?

Kerwin: There’s nothing we can do until the Support system is back up. Please be patient.

Roger: You’ll get another email with your second seat. It will be at a different spot in the queue. If you don’t get it this week, contact Support on Monday.

Having the same issue. Need for PC
