World of warcraft models wont subdivide

Hi everyone I got a question. I have exported new goblin model out of world of warcraft and wanted to sculpt it in zbrush, but when i try to divide it, all polygons change into separate faces floating in the air… What do i have to do ?

Get back to basics:

weld vertices (In any 3d software).
Even Zbrush can do this unde rthe import options… somehow

Thanks i got it working :wink: had to recenter the symmetry pivot too but im on my way now DANKE!

As far as I know ,blizzard use a special technology to connect their models ,so when we export their model ,all points are not wield .
