Working with a triss-based model

Recently i modeled the remington msr sniper rifle in maya then wanted to use zbrush to create high poly mesh for baking.
However, as shown above, i cant seem to find a good solution to increase the subdivision for the mesh above to get a cylindrical shape without losing details. The main problem stems from the triangle polygons i have on the low poly.

Is there any other solution without going back into maya to retopologize?
