working with a head to fit mesh eyes?

Hello,

I don’t know if this is the right please to put this qüestion, if not sorry.

I have a head model (tool) in zbrush, and the eye. I think I should put the eyes in a layer and the head in another layer. But the eyes don’t fit exactly in the head model eyes holes so I have to modify the model to fit the eyes correcly, and I have to play with the head and the eyes continously in 3d to see all sides and to be sure there is no hole between the eyes and the holes of the head model.
But with layers I cannot work in threedy with several objects, If I work with the head, then the eyes are snapshoted…
so how must I work??

thank you very much

Work with them at one time. Make sure that they are in separate groups, and use masking to keep from moving the eyes.

Using masks helps a lot with using multiple objects for reference.

Sorry, but I don’t understand very well what you mean…

How should I work? Is this the way…?

Put the head in one layer, the right eye in another and the left eye in another.
Use markers to rotate or modify the models in order to fit?

>> Make sure that they are in separate groups,

Why they have to be separate groups if they are separate objects?

>>and use masking to keep from moving the eyes.

So, I suppose you assume they are the same object (but is it they way it should be? just one object?)

Sorry, but I don’t find anywhere to learn this…

Hi Macaco,

take a look in the Practical Manual for multimarkers. That should solve your problem. I think there is also a tutorial for this in the app.
