I am trying to find a proper and efficient workflow,
→ to create a High-Res Model from a Low-Res Base Mesh.
To test the waters and finding a proper workflow, I just focus on the grip.
DOWNLOAD:
Gun_Test.zip (2.1 MB)
Zip file contains:
- Blender File
- .fbx file
- .png file
- . Ztool
I am curios how everyone would approach this.
As a final result, I would like to use a High-Res Mesh for a nice bake on the low-res mesh.
Some questions:
- Should I use Dynamesh?
- How to smooth it correctly?
- How to approach the differen bevels?
- What brushes to use for the hard-surface lines
- How to polish, keep a cohesive “maschined” look?
- etc. etc. etc.
Thanks a bunch for any input & ideas,
appreciate it!!!
