Workflow Guidance

Hi I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I’ve gotten to the stage where I’m happy with my hi res sculpt which contains a mix of Dynamesh/MAX imported meshes.

I’m focusing on creating a low poly version of the model with all the sculpt details baked on through maps.
can anyone point me in the direction of what tutorials to follow next? Such as workflow, high poly to low poly etc

ive read through hours of stuff and I only have a few pieces of the jigsaw.
